How to use

Remove the protective backing and attach the guard inside firm-fitting underwear with the wider section at the top. Make sure the absorbent surface faces the body and the adhesive faces the fabric. Adjust until comfortable, then replace when required. Dispose of the used guard in household waste, following the pack directions.
